Agreement and conduct

Using this site, submitting an order or requesting support indicates acceptance of these terms and the linked policies. Unlawful use, attacks, interference and abuse are prohibited. Reasonable differences can occur in packaging, color or screen rendering.

Orders and delivery

An order submission is an offer to purchase and may be limited, declined or cancelled because of stock, authorization, address information, fraud controls, errors or policy concerns. Checkout displays prices and taxes; the Shipping Policy governs processing, transit and carrier matters.

Returns, exchanges and legal rights

The Refund Policy accepts qualifying defective and non-defective new-item returns and exchange requests made within 30 calendar days after delivery. Approved refunds are processed and initiated to the original payment method within 10 days.
